SDD Takes Amon Carter's MidSummer Mingle And It Is To Die For
If you ask us, nothing says Summer Solstice like a party underneath the stars. This Friday night at 7pm, we’re throwin’ on our cocktail dresses and heading to Magdalena’s Fort Worth to celebrate the longest day of the year (because we here at Sip Dine Design think every occasion is reason for celebration). Hosted by the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, the Midsummer Mingle is said to be the event of the summer- and we’re already convinced that it will be.
Amon Carter’s Society 1949 is a group of young museum members that support the Carter through a number of events that they host throughout the year, and Midsummer Mingle is the pinnacle of their efforts and their enthusiasm. Not only is it a carefully crafted, beautiful event, but it’s the perfect way to showcase the timeless yet modern art held within the walls of the Amon Carter.
Since the museum itself is under construction this year, they’ve relocated to the fabulous event space and restaurant, Magdalena’s, and they’re filling it with artfully crafted paella, Fort Worth’s most culture- savvy residents, craft cocktails, and great music by DJ Ronnie Heart… so they’re basically making all of our hopes and dreams come true.
Intrigued by the swoon-worthy offerings? It isn’t too late to pick up a ticket for yourselves! Order online at http://bit.ly/acMidsummerMingle anytime on or before the event date, June 21st, 2019 and come ready to ring in our favorite season. We’ll catch you there, Cowtown!
