Changing the Look of Your Kitchen for Under 300 Dollars.
Want a kitchen makeover without the hassle and price tag that comes with a full renovation? Consider changing small elements in your design, like your drawer and cabinet hardware and outlet covers; small changes can make a BIG impact- I know, because I just did it!
If ya’ll are sensing a trend in some of my blog posts, you’re right. Dylan and I recently bought a new home, and while we love almost everything about it, it doesn’t completely match our style. I wanted to make some significant changes without having to spend a significant amount of money, and since Chip and Joanna just won’t call me back I had to start thinking about some other options.

I snagged these drawer and cabinet pulls from Cosmas, and they really transformed my kitchen. I love their sleek design and the way they match both the white cabinets and my blue island. They’re reasonably-priced (only $1.66 each!) but still high quality; I was super impressed with how heavy and sturdy they are. They also offer a TON of different sizes. We needed close to 40 pulls at 6 different measurements, and Cosmas had all of them. They also offer a huge variety of pull styles in different finishes, so you could mix and match the pulls in different areas of your kitchen (or your house- these work great in bathrooms and on closets too!) but keep the same finish to maintain a cohesive look.
In addition to cabinet hardware, Cosmas sells hinges, screws, decorative wall plates, door hardware and more. These are all things that you might not pay a lot of attention to when buying a house, but when they’re done right they can really make the look of a room. Changing out the hardware is a great way to update your decor as well; say goodbye to the shiny 80s gold and hello to matte black- Chip and Joanna got nothin on Cosmas!
